Level 5 pledges to pay the first $2500 of any loss if a forced entry is not detected and the proper authority is not notified. Refer to the Warranty Program for a full description.
If for any reason during the first six months of installation you become dissatisfied with Level 5, we pledge to neatly remove our equipment from your facility and fully refund your installation fee.
Level 5 pledges to pay for (or represent you in canceling) any false alarm that was dispatched by Level 5 and was not caused by your personnel or your communication service provider
Level 5 pledges to arrive at your facility within 3 hours of an emergency service call dispatch. If we arrive later than three hours from your initial call, Level 5 pledges to credit your account for $50. Furthermore, if after arrival our Technician is unable to repair your system, and you are unable to arm, Level 5 pledges to provide a security guard or comparable protection until we repair your system. In other words, with Level 5, you will never go without security.
